The question shouldn't be the one stated, "that if you don't vote you don't have the right to complain".
It should be why is there no choice for the electorate and why the apathy.
Or maybe that's the way it was social engineered from the beginning.
I used to be one of those using that phrase when other's complained, but now, I believe,
I've joined the ranks of converted non-voters.
