What could be the possible reason for the additional seats in parliament?
Could it be that the Liberals won the last provincial contest? But with a majority Harper can basically do what he wishes.
We know by one of his other moves, to restrict public funding of political parties, he's trying to starve and maybe eradicate competitors.
So I'll just have to apply what I know; that's its part of that strategy.
