Ottawa makes 'mockery' of free information

Ottawa makes 'mockery' of free information
A typical tactic to discourage and confound inquiry. It's been done effectively here in Canada since the introduction
of the metric system. They interchange for example hectares and acres to cloud information.
My favourite response to a salesman is that if it's too complicated for someone like me to understand I have no interest.
Or, according to Einstein's reported remark, "if you can't explain it to a six year old you don't understand it"!
