Who says? Right now, in Ontario, the promises and bribes, criticisms are flying about! It's the only time the electorate means anything to a politician.
Election time!
What a joyous time to be had, revelling on an orgy of good times! Unfortunately it won't last. I can guess exactly when it'll end, almost to the minute! I must be amazing!
The experience will be exactly the opposite of a night of drink and merriment. Mirth and joy, then the realization that it is all folly. The headache starts to materialize, then the drinking to dull the sharp edge of reality.
But we do it every time, don't we!
Oh the day we all turn back to pumpkins?
